Spaghettii Bolognese

Spaghettii Bolognese

Ingredients
Spaghetti
Bolognese Sauce
Minced Pork
Mushroom
Tomato
Pepper
Salt
Water

Method
1. Fried minced pork till cooked.
2. Add in mushroom and tomatoes and fried till tomatoes turn soft.
3. Add in bolognese sauce, salt, pepper and some water. Simmer in medium heat till cooked.

腐竹薏米糖水

Ingredients
豆包300克 (can get at Tesco)
薏米100克
白果20粒
Pandan leaves4 pcs
清水2500毫升
冰糖100克

Method
Put all ingredients into e-cook and press beans.

Mug Bean Soup

Ingredients
Mug bean - 150g
Water - 1500 ml
salt- 3/4 tsp
Sago: 60g
Pandan leaves - 3
Rock sugar -100g and adjust accordingly

Method:
1. Put everything except sago into e-cook, press beans.
2. Boil sago (~5 mins) till transparent, drain with cold water.
3. Put sago into cooked mug bean soup after done for e-cook.
4. Keep warm.
