Spaghettii Bolognese
Ingredients
Spaghetti
Bolognese Sauce
Minced Pork
Mushroom
Tomato
Pepper
Salt
Water
Method
1. Fried minced pork till cooked.
2. Add in mushroom and tomatoes and fried till tomatoes turn soft.
3. Add in bolognese sauce, salt, pepper and some water. Simmer in medium heat till cooked.

腐竹薏米糖水
腐竹薏米糖水
Ingredients
Ingredients
豆包 | 300克 (can get at Tesco) |
薏米 | 100克 |
白果 | 20粒 |
Pandan leaves | 4 pcs |
清水 | 2500毫升 |
冰糖 | 100克 |
Method
Put all ingredients into e-cook and press beans.

Mug Bean Soup
Ingredients
Mug bean - 150g
Water - 1500 ml
salt- 3/4 tsp
Sago: 60g
Pandan leaves - 3
Rock sugar -100g and adjust accordingly
Method:
1. Put everything except sago into e-cook, press beans.
2. Boil sago (~5 mins) till transparent, drain with cold water.
3. Put sago into cooked mug bean soup after done for e-cook.
4. Keep warm.

Creamy Cabonra
Simple creamy cabonara without conventional ready mixed souce. Besides cabonara, I added grilled chicken breast meat into the meal as well.

Avocado cabonara
I like cabonara and I love avocado.. I tried half portion of the recipe for 1 person serving first in case it doesn't taste nice as expected. It turns weird when I prepared it halfway.. Sour because of lemon.. But after added Parmesan cheese, it just perfectly blended.. Not too sour yet not too creamy.. Yum yum 😋

Bread Pudding
I have tried few new recipes recently but do not have much time to update here. Before I forget all the recipes again, it is better I do my note here. haha.
Bread pudding making was inspired by Waynie. Photos she showed in FB are too tempting which make me to have a try on this. Pretty easy and just few ingredients needed, this dessert taste well and not too sweet. I felt happy and satisfied when Chris and Calvin fight with each other for this and request for more.
Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Bread crust
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tbsp raisin (adjust accordingly)- soak in water for around 10 minutes
1 tbsp castor sugar
Butter
Icing sugar/ snow powder
Method:
1. Spread butter onto paper cups.
2. Cut bread crust into smaller pieces and place into the paper cups together with raisin.
3. Mix milk, egg and castor sugar in mixing bowl and pour the mixture into the paper cups with bread crust and raisin. Note: the mixture to cover the bread to have better appearance of bread pudding after bake.
4. Bake in the oven for 15 mins with 200C until golden brown. Adjust temperature accordingly due to oven variance.
5. Spread icing sugar/ snow powder as decoration.
